I have a bunch of skills like the Slice & Dice, Bone Slicer, Fatal Slash, and Snearing Kick. So, the question I have is How do I use them?

buy your skill, right click the scroll and if you match the requirements, you'll learn it. "K" button is your skills menu, all your learnt skills should be there. So open it up, and drag the skill icon to the the bar on the bottom left corner. Then press the corresponding number on the skill picture to activate it.
