Launcher problems

I installed it 3 times now. Made sure I uninstalled it before reinstalling. I type in my name and password it loads another screen that is white, and has a cursor. Then it suddenly closes, does it everytime I try to play. I read a few launcher posts and clicked the 'make short cuts', still has not worked :/

Any ideas?
