Umm just wondering, but is it closed? lol I dont see anywhere saying its closed but I also dont see the RSVP sign-up thing. ANy clues?

It's broken, they had the event today and you just sorted whispered Dakkon if you wanted to apply. I didnt see you there so you must've missed it but there are other events of it I think so don't worry xD

lol so does that go for everything else? like the race to lvl 6 and relay race? just whisper the GM?

Yes they usually make a 'Notice' of what to do an hour or so before the event, something simple that everyone can do :)
(Though the amount of times I was asked how do I whisper and who do I whisper when I was in Roumen was rediculous >.<)

Maybe they should make a sticky for this event about how to whisper a GM?
I definitely had problems with it the first time I had to whisper a GM...

Hi,
Currently the RSVP is broken.
In order to participate in the event, just be on 1 hour before it begins. When the notices are broadcasted, you will be instructed to whisper the appropriate GM who is conducting the event on your server.
The requirement is that the team members must be within level 70-79.
