Go to Imageshack.us

Then, it'll have a bar, and it will say 'Browse'. Browse until you find it, then upload it. Go to 'My Images', right click on it, and select 'Share'. Post the direct link between these two:

You never need to sign up for imageshack, that's what makes it better then photobucket.
