Fiesta.bin Not responding when I log out

Why does this happen? is it a patch error? When CB2 was out it didn't do this. Every time I log out it freezes up for for 3-6 minutes after I click randomly on the screen. If there is a way to fix it, please let me know.

u can be happy it only freezes.... the game sometimes chrashes my computer when i close it. So now im mostly killing the process instead, saver and faster.
