Elrue Recipe

I bought the scroll, so I'm assuming I met all the level requirements and such. Nevertheless, when i right click to use the scroll, the game tells me that the selected production skill cannot be learned. I'm a lvl 5 cleric. I wasn't under the impression they had any aversion to alchemy. How do I go about learning this production skill?>

go into ur skills, go to the last box on the right it says alchemy, click production skills, and set the 2 you want
