Ive been put in for a namechange, do I have to remake my character..?
Because Ive already spent ~9000Spark Cash on this character.
Remaking it would be really, really stupid.
(Trying to not swear.)
Yeah.

You should probably PM Fiesta_Help with this. And I wouldn't delete your character. The GMs involved will be able to change your name without endangering your character.
P.S. What does this have to do with your topic name? You're in Jail 'til you have your name changed?

It was more me asking about the rules of the Jail. No, the chars name was SexBot, and considering Ive seen a lot of other people with names like it around the server. (Actual people) I figured It didnt really matter that much to Spark or the CSR's\Admins
I got ported, I asked if It was a name change problem and the gm said "*nods :)* and left.
So I dont know if Im supposed to be in here for like 4 days or something, or what.

As far as I know a GM can change your name. So PMing Fiesta_Help is the best solution.

I guess you learned that it does matter to them. ^_^ Just because you see other people doing it, doesn't mean it's okay. (And it also doesn't mean that they won't get caught. GMs are sly little devils.)
But yeah...you'll probably be in there until you do what Ryokosha said and come up with a new name.

A typical jail period lasts roughly 72 IN-GAME hours (you have to be logged on to that character for the jail time to count).

Funny how jail duration is "in-game" hours, but Cash Shop items aren't... hrmmm...

The answer is simple, jail-time doesn't make money.

It is because cash shop items are a privilege. Jail is punishment.
Conclusion: don't do anything to get sent to jail if you have cash shop items. :D

Is it really a privilege if you're paying real-world currency to get the items? I think if you fork over the cash that kinda puts it in the realm of a "right", not a "privilege". Just my opinion though. :/

If it were mandatory, then I would agree. But you are paying for a privilege, not a right. it's like buying a car... it is a privilege to drive, one you have earned, but it is not your right. Pay or not, break the law and your car can be taken away...

Alright Serric. I more or less agree with that. *thumbs up*

How is it unfair to punish you if you violated the TOS? Not being sarcastic, but I would like some clarification...

Yeah, I too would like to know how if you violate the ToS, any punishment could be considered unfair. I'll need some examples.

Ah... yes. They not only have the right to punish those who violate the TOS but the responsibility to do so as well.
