New Fighter Help

So after seeing Sera's guide to fighters I have a few questions that I am still wondering. First off I am going to make a complete PvP build, and I plan on becoming a Gladiator.

1. I am level 9 and I have both stats points and skills points saved up, I'm kind of scared to use them since I might screw it up on accident. However after seeing Sera's Guide I have decided how to use my Stats points. I plan on going 25 SPR for the 5% crit, then 50 dex, then REST to str. Is this a good build to go? or is it better to just go 25 SPR and REST into STR without the 50 DEX?

2. Now for the part that confuses me the most. Skill Points. Dthug gave me this build for a PvP Gladiator.

Vitality max buff time/cd

Power hit max dmg/cd

devastate max dmg/cd/buff time

max dmg/cd on Precise attack (note if you do the others first you won't max this skill till 91)

Max Dmg/Cd on Tomahawk*

Max Bufftime/Cd on violence*

Now I know I can't get these skills until later, for example I believe Power Hit requires Level 20. So what do I do with the current skill points I have? Is it safe to use the points? Also are skills like Snearing Kick useful? I don't Snearing Kick will have any use in PvP. What should I do with my skill points until Level 20? and until I get rest of the main skills (devastate, tomehawk, precise, attack, etc.) and I notice there are things like Damage and Cooldown for each skill. Do you put points into those individually? How does skills even work in fiesta? >.<

3. Next for weapon choice. I want to use a 2handed Axe for the %crit and damage. Does this mean I can ONLY use 2 handed Axe starting from level 20?

im a support cleric lv. 47 and im full end 25spr. and im suck when it comes to dmg..
i only damaging 47dmg and always miss in 50 mobs in abyss. i know that support cleric suck at damaging but for me its more worse! is it +9 weapon lvl 50 will help my damage to increase? if so how many damage will add? i have 20g so thats not problem to buy +9.
coz sometimes i want to solo but i cant coz i have a very low dmg. can u pls help me with this? i will buy a +9 shield and survivability is not a problem. but my dmg when it comes that i want to solo. pls help me with this is it +9 weapon really worth in support cleric? my damage is only 47 pls help.

Sniper levelling vs Mentor

If i stayed an archer past 30, i keep the exp boost from my mentor till i feel like changing. Im planning to be a sniper and snipers have pierce shot at 30. Which will make me lvl faster? the 1.5x exp from mentor or the pierce shot?

Do i change to 2nd class at lvl 30? or wait till i get more lvls?

Importance of Quests

Are quests important in Fiesta? Like with the exception of few mandatory ones. Is the quest system more like WoW where you rely on it to level, or can I play it maplestory style and just find monsters and grind the crap out of myself:p

An Idea for charms

We all know charm and might is str + def 50% for 2 hours and charm and might 1 hour version is 1 hour so what if you can use a charm and not use all hours and the next time you log on its there? Kinda like a perma raccoon only its 2 hours. Just an Idea I hope OS take into consideration because I bet alot more people will buy cookie packs and charms = more money.

Ive noticed that Clerics, Archers, and Mages arent able to get the Fighter's face option ( Male and Female ) Only fighters can get them, plus the other class's look. Is it a bug, or is it supposed to be like that?
