that's ok. you said everything that i said but in more detail and i think your post will help others better understand what we both meant by it. i just toke a more blunt yet round about way of saying it where you had more detail. so who ever reads them will more then likely understand where we are coming from. you don't sound like a suck up or anything your (and i hope i'm understanding tis correctly) just stating the truth and your right. when people realize (and i hope thy do) that fiesta life will be much better with out all the complaining it would be nice. anyways i never really go to the events due to lag (true still using a laptop due to i like to take it to work with me when i don't have much to do) but i do go to the ox field events every now and then but lately i haven't done anything but work on my mage lol.

Lol well back when i was on my old comp i used to lag a bit, and it progressively got worse. OS used to always tell us it was our computer, and not the servers. I never believed them, until I got a new computer. And then I realized, most of it WAS my computer. Actually, my computer doesnt lag at all usually (although the las tbig event in elderine, the GM kept spawning things right next to the eld respawn area, so I was lagging so bad loading all those afk people, but he was really nice, and moved the event away from there). In fact, most of the time, the only time I lag is when there actually is a server lag. And the only way I can tell is asking my fellows who else lagged and taking the majority.

Lag, theres another thing people blame OS for. They dont understand, you use an outdated computer, or dont update it, its gonna lag. And alot of kids play Fiesta, and even more peopel play fiesta that dont know how to properly maintain a computer.

EDIT; OH. MY. GOD. Perfect example and Im going to act it out, I hate you OS, having a sale on Teva when I have no sc!!!! -hate hate-
No Im just JK, But I have such bad luck ;-; man I just spent all my sc giving random things to my friends, and then ;-; ;-; I coulda afforded a discounted teva!!!! I was only 1k short of original price, omg, I hate myself now ;-;

i blame my nephew for downloading a bunch of stuff to my computer with out asking. yet still some of it is my fault for not playing the game on a proper computer but other then that i don't blame the servers at all not even in the beginning. i all ways thought it was just my computer lol.

I'll say my quick peice.

I am happy with how OS handles us... I have seen so many OS fails threads and even then, we get GMs TRYING to help. Its sad really, and even more sad is its ture, people will complain for the sake of complaining. Most recent, the +mdef on stuff.... Half the classes have generally low MDef... They want more... They ask for it... They get it... Then suddenly OS fails and mages are screwed... And what sucks? It's because people are so focused on PvP aspects of the game... The CC/DT/HT goers will ALL know how much these MDef rings help because the mobs there HURT! I think PvP, and the drama involved with it, is much too big and is also the cause of most of our problems...

Yes.. the pvp aspect of the game does cause alot of the drama (heck if you know what just happened in apoline, thats proof of it).

Tho I think theyll just get more complaints off this new forum look.. they JUST exited the site/forums not too long ago, and this sudden change. Its kinda hard for me to read the threads too because I have this huge ad on the side. Not to mention I had made my sig PERFECT size to go along with the line of names I have under it, and now it resizes my picture, so its totally out of whack. I think its downsizing it by like 15% or something I dont know, Id have to play with it, make a sig bigger than were supposed to have and see if it resizes it or what.

Anyway, too true. But now Im looking foward for what OS has in store for thanksgiving. Its one of my favorite holidays.

As for my slightly longer (I doubt that actually) but my post about what I have liked from OS lately...

I'll start with the fourth of July... It was MY first time EVER seeing a statted SC item given as a holiday event reward. It was totally awesome to get that crit hat and boost my crit for 7 days. I loved it. It gave me a taste of what an SC item can really do for me.

Next is just a general thing, I have liked very much the amount of posts from Neko. Also, though its not as often, I like what I see from Staega as well. Neko, to me, is really what Fiesta needed in a GM. I have spent a few conversations with Neko in PMs here on the forums. And she was part of an event once. The one where we had to find the GMs and get chocolates. Well I was shouting the whole time trying to get her attention. She never really noticed with all the other spam. Then she gives out all the chocolates and *poof*. So I get on the forums, and her and I have a conversation on here about it, in which she logged back in an warped me to her so we could talk. I wanted to see the higher level archer skills and she spawned some mobs and showed me the higher lvl archer AoEs. Also, I found out my server treated HER like dirt over the event, because only a few people got chocolates (and she was only given that many to give out). The were entirely rude about the whole thing to her. Another GM logged on, and everything was fine with him while he was seeking feedback. So I sat there just chatting with her, having a conversation like she was a real person. I'd have to say it was one of my best times on Fiesta.

Next was the less recent event for our server's Coat of Arms. It took NO SC to win, and it basicaly rewarded players for doing what they ALREADY did. Some people complained it wasn't good enough. Some poeple went on the forums and showed they destroyed it. Some people were like ME and were PROUD to have won their server's Coat of Arms. To this day, it hasn't left my shoulder.

Continuing on, we JUST had an event for halloween. Yet ANOTHER event that was more than possible to do withOUT spark cash. Guess what, I finished this event too and now have a permanent cat mask. Sure, it doesn't give stats, but I'll have it forever.

Now for my final thing that I've liked from OS as of VERY recent. The new "rest exp" system. I logged off last night at about 10pm my time. I lgged in again today at about 7pm my time. I had 2 hours of +10%exp while killing mobs. I got this without spending any money, and just for logging off to sleep, go to school, hang out with my girlfriend, and eat. So, I logged on and went right into things. Kiting in 70 abyss for the full 2 hours. I was determined. 2 mages tried to kill me and I survived them both. I also had buffs stolen from me at least 4 times. But I really wanted to make the best use of my exp boost. I logged on with about 65% exp. I am sitting IG right now, as I type this, at 92%. I got that 27% in 2 hours. Now only 2.7% of that came from the rest exp. but what I think is more important is that it made me DETERMINED to grind.

By the way. I haven't spent a DIME on this game and LOVE it

Lol I know? Isnt it great to just be doing your own stuff, playing along, maybe go to an event, and get something free? It kinda feels nice.

1. Rested exp boost. Sure it may only be 10% and only lasts for a max of 2hrs but, that 10% for 2hrs can really help if you use the time well.
2. Mdef to jewlery. Yea it ticks alot of mages off, but to them I say get over it. Try to think of the good non pvp aspects of the game where it'd help alot. For example CC, DT, HT, and possibly Leviathan's Nest when it comes out, where the mobs do insane mdmg to low mdef charas.
3. SC items...Now I know how alot of people feel about them, but if you think about it MOST of us wouldn't be the level we are today or have the +9 gears we have if there wasnt SC stuff.
4. After almost 3hrs the game is still F2P, that could of ended along time ago but it didnt, and if it had gone P2P alot of people wouldnt be playing.

There's more they have done for us, alot of it has been listed, so I'll stop here.
