Addressing 1st Paragraph:
They're level 150 because we occasionally have "Kill the GM Event." If they were the same level as us, they'd be required to actually know how to play the game and be far easier to kill. 150 lets them not work as hard and gives it a bit of a challenge for current capped players.

They have exclusive items not available for one simple reason: Advertisement. I saw [GM]Steam wearing the Japanese Pack A(?) ages before it was released. Silky was sporting the Korean costume at one point. And Silky also modeled the Maid costume before it was released too. I even saw [GM]Kenny walking around in Winter Boop before that was released.

Addressing 2nd paragraph:
They don't need to play the game. That is NOT why they are paid. They have maximum capped characters to show a presence of staff in the game. More specifically, GM's role is to basically manage the game. They deal with complaints, patches, store management (Silky specifically does that) and a myriad of other things. They are not here to play. They're here to WORK.

You can't have instant level 150 because you are here to play. Therefore, you must start from level one and work your way to level 105 (current cap). You don't work here, you play- The GM's have characters so they can interact with the players- not so they can interact with the game.

Please tell me if that doesn't make sense to you. I'll attempt to dumb it down more.

I think if you had posted this oh about.. 5-6 months ago, ir would be quite valid, and I probably would have agreed with you on a lot of it. Unfortunately, no offense, you seem a bit back in experience.

You talk about how it used to be, a friendly community, GMs helping and such. Well I dont know what youre doing to NOT get a GMs help now. I had a weird bug during an event (a bug on another server, I couldnt turn in events), and when I asked the GM about it, I got a good response, some thoughts on what it could be, and also to report it to the CSRs so they could investigate it further. Now, I dont expect a GM to troubleshoot my error in the middle of an event. Heck, I wouldnt expect them to reply -- theyre hosting an event. Can you imagine how many junk whispers and stuff they get? "WHERE ARE YOU" "tell me where you are please" "GM FREE THING PLZ" "chests please!" etc. Yet they obviously read them, because my question was responded too. Every event Ive been too, every showing of a GM, in the past oh.. 2 months or so, to me, has been a wonderful experience. Maybe its the new GMs they got, maybe its the new way they seem to be sorting them (it seems the older GMs are handling certain things, while new ones are set to be communications, IE Silkypico is in charge of the shop, and I would say Nekopon [And Straega xD] seem to be the sociailzers now).

You cant blame any game company for always coming out with stuff to buy. After all, look at it from a different point. If the game didnt come out with anything new to buy, people would stop buying stuff. The company would stop getting as much money, thus not being able to afford new patches (and thus bug fixes), and so on, a downward spiral.

But if youve invested so much in a game, why are you so willing to toss it away by quitting? Thats what gets me. You got these people, who claim they spend so much on this game, and at the end of the day, they leave because some GM didnt answer their question about something that like 10 ppl on the server replied back to them with the answer (if say in shout). And another thing that gets me, is the way people act about it. They think that if they get ignored, or do something dumb and get themselves in trouble, that the best way to go about it next is to be rude jerks to the GMs and anyone who likes Outspark. How does this help them? Wouldnt forgiving and forgetting be better? Yes. Ive had a OS person (and Im using this widely, so it includes all forum admins or w/e as well, anyone in OS in position higher than members), send me a message about something personal between another person and I, and yell at me, telling me if *I* didnt stop, that I was going to get in trouble, even tho the other person was the one posting scenes that werent exactly good, if you get my drift. And I understand, they were friends, the other person was mad at me, and used the friendship with someone higher than a member to punish me. I got mad, sure. But would staying angry at them help me? No. It would only cause more trouble.

Some people, work really hard making fake reports. I dont see why they would. Most of the time the fake reports are pretty obvious. But tbh, you just sound like someone who tried to get away with something, got caught, and is now angry. Seriously, that is how it sounds. And I hate seeing a thread like this, when a few people and I are trying to get threads like the flaming, complaining, bug stating, screaming at a GM, type of threads to not be so common and actually get some respect for the people that could, well, literally, take this game away from you forever.

As for the bugs, think of it this way.
The handle on my oven is broken. (A glitch / bug in a game)
I glued it back, it worked just as good (patching a bug, or suddenly getting it to go away, whether they know the cause or not). But months later, it breaks again, but this time, the other side of the handle broke too. I tried taping it, it worked for a bit. I tried re-glueing it. It worked for a bit. But in the end, here it is, still there, and I have no idea how it broke in the first place.

Much like a bug, they might find a way to get rid of it, or a temporary fix, or they might THINK they fixed it (like I thought I fixed it by glueing it with super industrial glue), but it might return (might break again).

Plus as for the bugs, Outsparks not allowed to edit the game code at all. Only OnsonSoft. Meaning when theres a bug, they have to send it to OOS, wait for a patch, test it, then apply it. In the meantime the players in Outsparks Fiesta are screaming at OS because they are ninjets and dont realize OOS does all the patching.

No Callawart, this is not the place to post this.

You have to submit a ticket to a CSR and explain them this.

WOW ADVERTISEMENT its not like there online often so who the hells gonner see and who would acutally care much better ways to advertise new items -.-. kill the gm event big WOW I killd a gm yippe, and whats the point in that below lvl 80s cant even deal damage to a GM so that really sucks for the low lvls of fiesta. If there not here to play they shouldant be on fiesta showing off to every single person they come across, they should get on with their job full stop.

Adven, please do not multi-post and please do watch your tone with other users. Rude behavior will not be tolerated.

She is simply trying to inform you of the duties of the GMs and explain why they have high level characters since you seem to be a bit misinformed regarding it.

The main reason why GM's have level 150 characters wearing premium items is so that they can be identified. It's very similar to the reason why I and the rest of the CL team, the GMs and other Staff have different coloured names and the ability to have custom avatars here on the forums. It's so user's can identify us if they need help, or reading through posts. This is common practice in pretty much every MMO where the GM's make appearances in-game.

The Staff members have to stand out in-game so that they can be identified. Their chat text is also different for this reason. It would be a bit of a hassle if you were attending an event in-game and you needed to find the GM or be near the GM to participate, and the GM looked like everyone else.

Believe it or not, people do take interest in the items GMs and Staff are wearing in-game. They often ask about the items, and when and if they will be out. This gives the Staff a general gauge of interest in the items as well.

It is only on their work accounts that they do this. When they are at work, and appear in game, as stated before, they are not there to play the game like everyone else. They are there for work reasons.

When they are at home playing, they have separate accounts and level up like everyone else. If they have premium items, they pay for them out of their own pockets.

If you don't like it, that's fine. But please try to understand the reasons behind it.
