Basically what we players (I think most of us) want is MORE communications from Outspark. And I think what Miazma means is that giving out annoucement with the current bug (The Blue drops) and the decisions that Outspark had made...and when the problem is still not yet fixed, at least have an offical annoucement something like:

"DEAR PLAYERS,

Regarding the deletion of the BLUE items is still not yet done due to other issues that require more attentions and is urgent to fixed it first. Thus, the deletion of the blue items will be delayed until further notice.

As for which BLUE drops that will be deleted as not to confuse players, all blue drops from *xxxx KQ (Whether is all KQ or just GM KQ)** will be deleted away. DO NOT BUY or SELL at your OWN risk. Same goes to enchancing the BLUE items. No refund will be made. "

Just a annoucement and everything settles.... Same goes to other issues. And we are not asking Outspark now to give us what is your delopment plan for Fiesta this next few months (Which is only kept to Outspark themselves)... What we want is an ANSWER to clear the DOUBTS of the CURRENT issue that had been stated BY OUTSPARK themselves.

That's the problem. It was posted on the forums. The forums aren't for reporting possible bugs and with the sheer number of threads I'm sure that things often get over-looked. However, that doesn't exclude the CLs since there are more than enough of them about to report back to the Staff about something as serious as that.

However, it should have been reported through a ticket or big report or whatever that they were dropping 100% of the time. Not posted about it on the forums.

alot of outspark info is need to know? of course but why would this be need to know? Im sorry to say but it does sound like an excuse i mean how hard can it be to make a few in game annoucements? outspark just gonna laugh at all the people that didnt know and +9ed it, haha i got your money and u get nothing....yes some players are at fault and s.o.l but im sure plenty of ppl didnt see the annoucements at all and many ppl assumed that after patch there blues were safe and thats all outsparks fault

So blues won August 22nd or later are being removed on September 22nd, when they were supposed to be removed in "the next maintenance" to begin with? Okay... I have no problems with the Outspark staff, I respect them, and most of them are pretty cool... I do appreciate all the work they do, and that they hop onto the forums at crazy hours of the day and during family outings (LOL who was it that came onto the forums cuz of some problem at a family party? Joker? I don't remember) and stuff like that... and I do recognize that there were a lot of unexpected errors that prevented people from logging in (of course I do, I was hit by them myself).

But, and I really hate to stuff a "but" into this...

Maybe for you. But for me, who's been playing for Fiesta for a year and is bored out of my mind, it's not that simple. What do I have left to do as an 8x player? I'm sick of BR, I'm sick of grinding, I'm sick of mindless repeat quests... I have nothing to motivate me through that, no new skills to look forward to like I had buff steal at 79, no godly greens like I had at 78. I don't even have the fact that the level alone is an accomplishment, because they're so fast to get. If I hadn't stopped, I would've been capped by now. What's the point in that? There's nothing good in being able to say I'm capped if I got it in a matter of weeks. So yeah, even the number itself means nothing to me. I can't just go lustered farming in ROA to work on my stone making anymore, which doesn't matter because t4 stone production isn't even out yet. I can't even just go help random people, because almost every single time I do, I get either begged for more or I get blown off. And I'm not complaining about any of that, just stating it. The reason I'm stating that is just to try to show that all that's left for me to do is spamming KQ... and since I absolutely love gordon, I'd be happy spamming that thing over and over like I did with KKP. Have a chance at getting a (legit) blue, have a chance at getting godly gordon earrings (even though they're no better than MD perfects), get some mats (even though there's no t4 production to work towards), and have some fun in the process. But it never fills, courtesy of the blue bug.

The only thing left for me to do, then, is grinding and questing like I said at first... and I'm completely sick of that. It's not like working on alts is an option for me, I've made 6 alts over the past year, I've been there done that. So what do I do? I take a nice long vacation from Fiesta. -_- I find other things to do, I experiment with other games, etc. because yeah... I have nothing left on Fiesta that interests me, except talking to my friends. So Fiesta's basically turned into an instant messenger for me, that's all. Which, I don't even have to say, is bad business for Outspark if a lot of other people end up like me. Would a fixed gordon KQ bring me back from taking-a-break-land? Yup. I wouldn't be able to play as much as I did before due to life's circumstances, but you can bet I'd be in a few KQs each day, which would probably tempt me to do a few extra things in between, and there you go. Maybe that would hold me over til 8x greens are out, or t4 stone production is released, and then I'll have something new to keep me occupied just when I was starting to get bored again.

So okay... let's say the login and launcher issues were really SO bad that they took an entire month to fix... which, I'm sorry, but I'm having trouble grasping... regular communication is all people are saying they want. Outspark is looking (and this is not meant as a personal attack on anyone, it's aimed at the company, not the people) very greedy, lately. As people have pointed out, there are so many forum announcements about cash shop stuff, but no regular communication on an issue that players are obviously concerned about. Just keep us updated in regular announcements in the announcements forum, not just in replies to random posts that some people may not see, and people would be a lot happier about the situation.

*gets off of soapbox* Okay okay, I'm done with my 5am ramble. Kudos to you if you actually read that entire wall of text. I didn't mean to write that much, haha. And I hope noone hates me for anything that I said. I usually try not to complain or say negative things on the forum... but this time... I kinda just had to.

Im sorry joker, but that is no worse than the staff putting down their clients/players in bliss ignorance of something that clearly affects them with real money, and all thats been done with announcements is putting what new items are in the cash shop. so in a way we too are being put down... tsk tsk tsk

This thread is now closed. But before I do, I'd like to address some things:

1: Any blues from the lvl 80+ KQ will be removed on the 22nd.

2: The original date of this update was pushed back due to unforseen and, frankly, more important issues.

3: No compensations will be given, in accordance with SKiNG's original announcement on the issue.

4: I agree communication needs to be improved and am actively working with Outspark staff to resolve this issue, but discussions of this nature take time to work out the details. Please be patient.

5: This thread has deteriorated into nothing more than a vent against Outspark thread. The original topic was what was happening with the KQ Blues, that has been addressed. Further discussions concerning Outspark policies can be sent directly to Outspark by either an email (support@outspark.com) or a detailed ticket (see link in my signature below).

6: Please do not attempt to ressurrect this topic in a new thread. Such threads will be closed. Frankly, there is nothing more to say on the issue. The date has been set and advertised and the communication issue is being addressed.
