Q: What types of prepaid cards are available?
A: $10 and $25 cards are available at Target stores. A $25 card is available at Best Buy stores.

Q: Help! I can't find prepaid cards at my local Target or Best Buy!
A: Ask a store clerk to show you where the cards are. The location differ depending on the store and the location, but are often located near books, music or electronics.

Q: How do I get my SparkCash?
A: Visit www.outspark.com/card. Follow the instructions on the back of the card and on the redemption page to receive your SparkCash. You will need to scratch off a portion of the back of the card to reveal your card PIN. Enter your PIN on the redemption page to receive your SparkCash.

Help! The PIN I entered is not working!
A: Check to make sure you entered the correct PIN (sometimes it's easy to make a tiny mistake). If you continue to encounter an error message, please use the contact information on the back of the card.

Q: Do I need to use all my SparkCash in a single purchase?
A: Nope! Any unused SparkCash will remain in your Outspark account until you spend it.

Q: Does my SparkCash expire?
A: SparkCash expires 12 months following the date of purchase. Outspark reserves the right to change the duration at any time and will notify the community promptly with information about any modifications.

We have extended the bonus item promotion for the Outspark Prepaid cards. Get them before they run out.

Everyone who redeems a prepaid card will receive free bonus items. Check out the initial post for more details.

The bonus item promotion for Target stores has ended. Any user that has purchased a SparkCash Card from Target after 3/20/2008 will no longer receive the bonus items.
